We collect what you choose to send us in a form, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it to anyone. That’s the whole intent — the detail below just says it precisely.

When you send a booking request, an owner inquiry, or a contact message, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, and — depending on the form — your phone number, the dates and guest count you selected, the property you were viewing, and your message.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability.

We measure how the site is used and how fast it loads, through our host’s built-in analytics. It is cookieless: nothing is stored on your device, no identifier follows you between sites, and we never see who you are. What we get back is counts — which pages were viewed, how many people sent an inquiry, and real-world loading speeds — never a trail belonging to one person.

That is the reason this site has no cookie banner. We are not declining to ask for consent; there is nothing here to consent to. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Only to answer you and to arrange a stay or a management conversation. Inquiries are delivered to our own inbox by email, and a copy is recorded in our website’s server logs so nothing is lost if email delivery fails. You also get an automatic acknowledgement so you know your note arrived — that, and our actual reply, are the only emails we send you. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your details, and we don’t add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask for.

A small number of service providers help run the site: our web host (who also provides the cookieless analytics described above), our email delivery provider, and the calendar feeds published by the listing platforms. Each processes data only to provide that service.

Links out to Airbnb or other booking platforms take you to their sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Inquiry emails stay in our inbox as the record of a conversation — we keep them while they’re useful for your stay or booking and remove them when they no longer are. Ask us and we’ll delete yours.
